My Journey




I’m a professional circus artist and calisthenics athlete with over 15 years of experience in bodyweight strength and hand balancing.
After becoming a three-time Ukrainian Street Lifting Champion and setting a national record with 15 one-arm pull-ups, I pushed further into performance and movement. That led me to train in hand balancing and aerial straps, turning my passion into a career performing worldwide on cruise ships, stage shows, circuses, and TV talent shows.
In the past 5 years, I’ve helped over 1000 students through online coaching. My mission is to share my experience, build powerful training programs, and help others master their bodies through calisthenics and hand balance.

Do I need any equipment for this program?Most exercises use your bodyweight only, but a pull-up bar and resistance bands are recommended for best results. Everything is designed to be done at home or outdoors.
Is this program suitable for complete beginners? Yes! The beginner program is designed for people with no prior experience. You’ll start with basic movements and build a strong foundation step by step.
How do I access the program after I purchase it? Once you purchase a program, you’ll get immediate access through my website (no app download required). Just log in to your member area.
Is there a difference between the programs for men and women? No, all programs are designed to be effective for both men and women. The training structure and progressions apply equally, regardless of gender.
How many times per week should I train? Each program includes a suggested weekly schedule. Typically, 3–5 sessions per week are ideal depending on your level and recovery.
Can I combine this program with other sports or training styles? Yes! You can combine it with things like yoga, running, or flexibility work, as long as you listen to your body and manage recovery properly.
Can I train if I have an injury or past issues? Please consult your doctor or physiotherapist first. My programs are scalable, but safety always comes first. If you have limitations, I recommend personal coaching to adjust exercises safely.
Is the program suitable for people over 40 or 50? Yes! Age is not a limitation—consistency and proper technique are more important. Start with the beginner program and focus on gradual progression.
Are there video tutorials included? Yes, each exercise is explained through detailed videos and description. Clear progressions are shown, so you always know what to do.
